Wonderful experience getting new glasses. I had my prescription from my eye doctor and they didn't try to get me to redo the eye exam. Great variety of vendors and knowledgeable staff made this an easy task.
Very friendly office, where I didn't feel the upsell or the confrontational nature that I felt with the optometry office I used to go to in Bellingham. They won over a new patient. :)
Doctor and staff are always friendly. Easy to get an appointment. Worked with me on my insurance. Helped me pick out frames. Doctor is friendly and knows what he is doing. All around great place to get glasses. Did not rate a 5 because though it is great it just did not blow me away in terms of customer service. I do get calls back when requested. Office is clean and comfortable. Will continue to get my glasses here. Would recommend.
