Target Optical
“I am very pleased thus far with Target Optical in Lake Stevens. Nicole provided me with excellent service and went extra miles to ensure that I would be happy with my purchase. Dr. Saqib Razzak was also exceptional. His eye examination was thorough, efficient, and thorough. My eye examination and order was a week ago; I spoke with Al and she informed me that my new eyeglasses have left the Lab and probably would be at their store this Friday.
I have never experienced any Optical company providing me with such outstanding customer service before, ever. Nicole was my first point of contact, and she made me feel comfortable from the start to choose Target Optical in Lake Stevens. She, Dr. Saqib, and Al have provided exceptional service. A friend of mine from Church shared his great experience with Target Optical near Seattle. I won't mention Target's competitors' names, but it was my not being happy with them that led me to asking my friend where he purchased his new eyeglasses and so I thought why not give Target a try? So glad I did. I needed to schedule quickly and Target was able to get me scheduled 8 days earlier than the other optical company I had originally scheduled with.
Dr. Saqib provided me with more accurate information concerning my eyes than the Optometrist from the other optical company had three years ago, and additional information concerning floaters that is very important that the other optometrist never mentioned to me. Dr. Saqib was not only more efficient, but he also was more respectful toward me. And the more accurate information Dr. Saqib provided me dramatically reduced the emotional stress I have been feeling with unnecessary concern mentioned by the optometrist from that other optical company.
I am very happy - and relieved - that I chose Target Optical this time. My spouse is needing new eyeglasses and I want the best for him so Target will be seeing him also - though at a location closer to his route home from his work. Thank you NIcole, Dr. Saqib, and Al for your outstanding customer service. I have not yet had a chance to try on my new eyeglasses, but I know this for certain - even if they are off for some reason, you all will go the extra mile to make things right. But I am anticipating I will be very pleased with them from the get go.”
