Tried making an appointment and our call went to a call center that seemed to be in another country or area. That was really weird. The guy couldn't give us an appt until he talked to the team.

don't get me wrong the staff are great , having said that , you better pack snacks , a book , no a novel and enough yarn to crochet a king size blanket. they are almost always behind . they have many many fine excuses but I think it's over booking and you just get to wait . I'm way to deep into this to find a new doctor and I do like my doctor here . today I'm almost an hour waiting and no end in sight ( haha ) . frustrating do better please .

I am so happy I had upgraded lens replacement surgery on both eyes! I am writing this review without my glasses, which makes me smile. Overall, a very good experience with NW eye. The surgeon is just delightful and I am still healing/getting used to my eyes (only been 1 week since the second eye) but I can tell already that this was a great decision for me. I'm only 62, but I had the beginning of cataracts (I am told this is very common at my age) and my vision was getting worse. I was so sick and tired of readers on-and-off, and it was a nuisance for teaching--had to perch glasses on the end of my nose.
