Having been an ER RN for forty years, I worked with many doctors. From that perspective, I hold Dr Siapco in the highest regard. He seems to me to be an exceptionally competent, caring, and trustworthy doctor, just the kind we all hope to find.
Dr Siopco is an associate of Dr Rick Carpenter in Hilo and performed cataract surgery on my eyes in January of 2024. I found him to be effective and professional, my procedure was successful and I am very satisfied with the results. Thank you Dr Siopco
Now that the blurriness has gone I can see there is at least a 50% difference in how much light and clarity I have. It is incredible, I’ve not seen colors like this in ages it seems. I’m pretty pumped.
The colors I can see now are incredible. I think that the lack to see the beauty around me, may have had me feeling down for so long. Honestly, it's like walking into a new world.
