Richard and the actual eye doctor were phenomenal! So professional and so kind!! However, the lady at the front desk (blonde, shoulder length hair) was not. While Richard was helping me with picking glasses towards the end of my visit, the blonde lady started to have a confrontation (loudly) with him right in front of me. I was so uncomfortable. Handle those conversations in a back room and not in front of patients. Richard stayed very professional in front of me. I don't want to be put in an uncomfortable situation like that when you are supposed to act professional. Props to Richard and the doctor, though!!!
What a great experience from pre-test to the exam to picking out my glasses. My Granddaughter & I while there had an incredibly happy experience. Waiting on my glasses to arrive & I expect they will be great since everyone was very thorough & patient with me while I picked out my glasses. Your staff was wonderful.
