I have been a patient at Capitol Hill Medical for over two years, and my experience with both the front and back office staff has been consistently positive. Jacob and Donita, the front office team, have always been kind and compassionate, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere during every visit. Both my Dr and the practice have been nothing but kind and understanding. In my experience, they've been 100% trans supportive and knowledgeable and any care they can't provide, they've helped me locate. I'm so glad I found this place!

I loved going to Dr. Chu. He even took the blood samples himself. He was understanding and knowledgeable. But his practice does not take Medicare. Now that I am over 65, I had to leave his practice. This is ironic as those on Medicare were the ones to fight to allow Gay People to practice medicine. We opened the door for gay physicians. We are now shown the back door. Many younger people are more comfortable with straight physicians, but for those of us a bit older, it is hard to feel comfortable with the treatment we faced.
