They appreciate the extra effort the staff has made to assist them and plan to continue receiving care there as long as the staff remains the same. Another individual, who has not yet been seen at the clinic, had a positive experience with the front desk staff. They spoke with Dani, who was empathetic and helpful in addressing their concerns about their previous doctor and assuring them that their new PCP, Kriti, would provide good care. However, another patient has had difficulty in recent times getting an appointment at the clinic. They have spent entire lunch breaks on hold trying to schedule an appointment, with no success. Despite this issue, they have found the care they receive to be good when they are able to be seen. Overall, patients have had positive experiences with the care they receive at Franciscan Medical Clinic - Westwood, but have faced challenges in getting appointments due to long hold times.
My family has been going to this clinic for more than 10 years. Our doctor is helpful. When we've had to see other doctors, they all are friendly. The inside of the building is nice and well maintained. I do not regret the decision to go there. The only issue I've had is with getting appointments on short notice. My son broke his wrist, it was in a splint, and he needed to see a specialist according to the ER. We were able to get into the specialist quicker than we could get into this clinic. That's the reason for the one star being dropped from the review.
I read some of the negative reviews from a year to a few years ago and felt very nervous going in. Not to say that the experience of those reviewers isn’t valid and maybe they’ve changed some things but I had a lovely experience. I was running late and called Franciscan and they were kind enough to let me reschedule for an hour later so I wouldn’t be considered a no show, the front desk was warm and welcoming and they even went above and beyond to get me seen right away since I was there 45 minutes before my appointment, my nurse, Fabiola, was very friendly and made me feel at ease, and Dr. Yoon listened to my concerns and was very kind. Definitely recommend!:)

Also the receptionists, I have a hard time with blood work and get nervous with doctors but I felt right at home and am looking forward to seeing them all again.
