Honestly, I haven't even been seen at this location yet. But, the individual working the front desk who answered the phone (Dani (sp?)) was wonderful. I had just spent the last few hours searching my Insurance Provider's website to find doctors in-network and received multiple responses that the policies had recently changed and my insurance provider hadn't updated their website. I finally gave up and just called a name a recognized from living in Port Orchard. I was not a fan of the doctor I had there and made my issue known with Dani. Been going for a bit, but recently it's been hell trying to get an appointment. I'll sit on hold for my entire lunch break trying to get an appointment and no one answers the phone.They luckily get a few stars because the care that I do receive, if I can, is usually very good. The main issue is getting a hold of someone to actually help you.

I just started coming here for Dr. Kriti as my primary and have been back a few times. She’s an absolute gem of a person and anybody who disagrees can come fight me. Although, she suggested I add more vegetables to my diet to help my slightly high cholesterol and I almost squared up with her right there and then in the examination room but held myself back considering she’s been so nice until that moment.Also the wait’s not bad, phone lines can put you on hold a bit but I feel like that’s no different than any health clinic, and front desk staff and nurses have been great.For the record, I’m kidding about wanting to square up with my primary care physician in...read full review
