I’ve used this salon several times in the past and they were fantastic. And we were able to use our HSA funds! They did a completely thorough job and my kids stayed lice-free after just the initial treatment.My kids are older teens now so we haven’t had to use LKY for awhile but I can’t tell you the peace-of-mind I have knowing they are still around :)

Lice Knowing You is a LIFE SAVER!!! As a nearly 40 year old this my first experience with lice (luckily). When I found out our child's school had confirmed lice cases in her class I had no idea what to do. No one in our family had any "symptoms" so I figured we would be fine, however given the direct exposure we decided it was better to just get checked. From the first call made Claudia was incredible! The treatment worked and I greatly appreciated the guarantee!Three stars only because the office was under staffed. We were a family of 6, ( 3 of us had lice). Because the office was under staffed we were there all day 10:45 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Only one staff member was working. It was a long day there.
