The after hours clinic is staffed with wonderful, very helpful people but my only qualm is with the lab technician who always leaves my arms bruised and who somehow messed up my blood draw today and had to use my other arm despite him “not rushing”(he was)
It’s a very good clinic with great service; the only downside is that it takes a while for them to answer the phone, but otherwise, everything is excellent. The doctors, receptionists, and everyone there are very friendly, and the doctors truly care about their patients.
I’ve truly never had a bad experience here and I’ve been here countless times. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. I love that it doesn’t feel like an urgent care at all, because it’s not the cold and lifeless clinic environment we’re all used to. Out of any urgent care I’ve ever been to, the doctors here are the absolute best; they have an incredible skill set of knowledge and do as much as they possibly can. I always leave with my expectations blown out of the water.
