I'm so pleased with my care here because I never have to wait and it's seamless and well organized. Paul in the lab is maybe the best draw in the west because I barely feel the needle and he's so fast, never has to try again. Great staff and great service. I can get almost everything done here at my neighborhood clinic. And it's so nice and clean! I don't miss the old portables one bit. Burien deserved the update. And the Covid testing was never a wait. I used to tell people it was worth the drive here during the pandemic because it wasn't as busy as the other sites.
Can I give 10 stars? Amazing staff. Very professional & Janice is the real deal. She cares and works so hard for her clients and the local community.
I did the online dog training with Danette Johnston. Danette is so knowledgeable about dogs behavioral needs and really trains the human owners to recognize their dogs responses and tune in. Her training course is compassionate, humane, and in line with what science tells us about dog behavior.

Graham was wonderful to work with. We had our cast iron tub refinished a little over five years ago by a different refinisher in the area. At that time I was bamboozled into accepting the glued on mat as an upgrade when in reality it was a significant downgrade that came with multiple problems. I had the glued on mat replaced and no matter what we did it lifted around the corners. We pulled out the mat, and the discoloration from the prior refinish showing the original porcelain finish under the mat was driving me crazy. In addition, there were a few pinhole rust spots that the prior refinisher did nothing to repair - he just glued down the mat on top of the original porcelain.This is where I called Graham. Upon arriving at our house he quickly refinished the bottom, and it looks great. We will be using Graham for any refinishing needs in the future.
Got my lashes done for the first time ever this week! Carlina took the time to ask what I was expecting and verbally walked me through the process. After she was finished she did an thorough job explaining the importance of cleaning my extensions and how to do so.2 days in and I might be HOOKED!

Tram is the best hair stylist I've ever had. All hairdressers struggle with my short, curly hair - except Tram! She knows exactly how to cut my hair, and she can even style it too. She also really cares that I'm happy with my cut. I'm so happy I found her. I would highly recommend her!

I have seen many aestheticians in the past and it has been a struggle to my lashes to have volume & actually last. At first, we started with hybrid, then slowly worked up to volume. It was a seamless transition & now we have been successful in getting me full lashes.

Dr. Toni was my dentist for more than a decade. I love the office and the care I received. The hygienists were talented and careful. They were always conscious of cost and most importantly, put the preservation of my natural teeth first! This is not an office that will offer unnecessary, invasive dental work. I loved Dr. Kamdar and Dr. Lee for 16.5 years with Lucy, our white American Eskimo dog. After Lucy died we waited 5 months and adopted a traumatized 11 year old named Jasmine, a Toy Schnoodle. Dr. Kamdar welcomed her warmly. Their support staff is great. Jasmine's scared of men so they quickly sent only women technicians to carry her in and out in the pandemic. However (there's always a "but") over the last decades, we experienced a slow worsening of service as they got busier. Now we no longer get reminders for regular care, like flea meds every 3 months,shots and exams. When you are "owned'" by a 12.5 year old, reminders are critical. It's more of a money making venture than a caring vet. I am sorry to see this because the Docs are smart and technicians are warm and competent. I guess it's time to find another vet with great,smart docs and caring service. If Burien Cares can manage it when they're swamped, BVH needs to Build Back Better at management. Thanks for 14 great years Dr. Kamdar.

I am so grateful to have found Jennifer and New Life Pilates - after I graduated from PT for knee and hip issues, I knew I needed more one-on-one assistance with continuing to build strength and pain-free mobility. I haven’t had any knee or hip pain since I started working with Jennifer, which is amazing!! And, no joke, life changing. Plus, she’s totally delightful to work with - I can tell that she really rejoices with me in how strong I’m getting, and she clearly knows just how much to push me to make even more progress without hurting myself. I hope to keep up my practice with her for a good long time! Yay for flexibility, strength and mobility for the long haul!!
I have had a few massages at other establishments before and while they were relaxing, I didn't find them therapeutic long term. After coming here I was shocked at how good I feel. Leg pain I had been dealing with for months were basically gone after the first session. Was even given helpful information on stretches to do afterwords. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
Kari is amazing! I've been seeing her for years and will be a client forever (no joke). Her space is comfortable, clean, and has a private bathroom if needed. I suffered from weekly migraines until I started seeing Kari regularly. She is so good at listening to what you tell her about you're feeling, addressing your needs, and can also help you find the root of the issue. I recommend Kari to anyone who needs massage therapy--they've all seen her and loved her just as much as I do.
I do a lot of varied strenuous activity for work. Heavy ladders, lots of driving time and every day is a little different. I have consistant massage needs, and a heavy muscular frame. It had been hard to find a therapist who could could regularly give a proper deep tissue massage. Until I met John at Body Matters. He's strong, calm, and has the perfect balance of working out the kinks and relaxation. It also helps that he's a genuinely pleasant kind soul. Highly recommended.

Phillip Kelly has been treating my fibromyalgia for over 10 years. After a treatment, my pain is gone. Amazing!!!!!!!!!! I know he kept me mobile and not in as much pain when I was working overtime a couple of years ago. I have tried different acupuncturists when he is on vacation, and I have not found one that relieves me of pain like Phil does! He also does cupping, laser and other Chinese therapy s. He is amazing for me, and I really believe he could really help you too!
Normally I don't go out of my way to review businesses. Dr Ji is kind, compassionate and skilled doctor. We met as booth neighbors in fact at an community outreach program for Burien Health Fair, where he is often seen to volunteer, and he has devoted alot of his time and skills to the latino and muslim community, especially the substantial Ethiopian muslim refugee community we have in Burien and White Center. I had a terrible car accident and remembered him from the fair, and he was attentive and got me back on my feet again. I would recommend Dr Ji to anyone who needs a caring and skilled doctor.
