I originally hired Stan to redo our bathroom. Three days before the project started, our building had a catastrophic flood. Multiple units on multiple floors had to evict. Stan was there for me the whole time. He finished the bathroom then I hired him again immediately to do the rest of the flooring in our condo. He was flexible, reliable and provided excellent craftsmanship. he went above and beyond, all while staying on budget and on time. I would hire him again in an instant. He didn't ghost me for a bigger project, like some contractors in the Seattle area do. He stayed with me until the job was done. I recommend him to anyone!
