“When I arrived at the salon, Lindsay is so cheerful and down to earth. She offered me a beverage and put me at ease from the get go, asked me to have a seat in the chair and asked about any questions/concerns. She looked over my brows and asked what I am looking for overall. Then, she brushed up my brows asking if the shape looked ok, with a hand held. I decided to go with some microblading with a little powder fill, I was a little concerned about pricing possibly being higher but she said I want my customers to be happy and just charged me one price for the mixed service. Once we were on the same page she applied a numbing cream on my brows while she prepped for the treatment.The entire time chatting with me like an old friend. My entire process was finished in about 90 min, it wasn’t super red when I left but they did start to get a bit itchy but I just tried to itch around it. My redness cleared within a few hours, but your brows may look pretty raw immediately after, so keep that in mind.I cleansed my face carefully and added the aquaphor Lindsay provided a few times a day and within a few days my brows started to flake but nothing major and not super noticeable. Within a week, they had flaked and looked great. It’s only been about 2.5 weeks since my procedure was completed but I am completely happy and feel it looks so natural. My friends couldn’t even tell unless I pointed it out and they looked super closely. I highly recommend Lindsay, she will take care of you and treat you like a friend.“

“I have been going to Studio Wax for years for all my waxing needs and for the occasional hydrafacial. The entire team has always demonstrated their dedication to high quality, professional, and attentive to detail level of care. Thus, when they started offering laser hair removal, I knew that I would consider Studio Wax first if I went that route. Last year, I started laser hair removal. As expected, the high quality care and attention to detail was there. There is an initial consultation to discuss medical history, skin/beauty products used, etc to assess for safety risks; a run-down of the process and what it might feel like; and tentative timeline for results. Appointments were set 6 weeks apart. With my darker hair, I saw results very quickly in terms of reduced growth in the laser hair removal areas. I won't say there is no pain whatsoever, but honestly, it's no more than waxing. I would liken it to a rubber band snapping on your skin. I follow the after care rules, so I haven't noticed any skin problems or issues after the laser hair removal appointments either. If you're looking for a more permanent hair removal route, I'd definitely recommend laser hair removal with Studio Wax Esthetics.“
