The crew was great, minimal disruption, high quality work, and the few concerns I had were dealt with without issue or fuss. They quoted full replacement of CDX panels but once the old roof was removed they determined it wasn’t actually required and they replaced only the ones that needed it, saving me money. The crew was also able to handle some unexpected damage that was found without delaying the project. They even cleaned up after themselves, which in my experience is rare with contractors for some reason! Will be looking into K Single again for more projects in the future.“

They excavated the area, laid down heavy-duty steel mole wire, mechanically compacted a flawless crushed rock base, and encased the cups in solid concrete footers.

They perfectly dialed in the natural drainage slope of the yard rolling away from the house, and after a hot day of letting the turf relax and the infill sand settle, it plays absolutely insane—better than it ever did before! We even put floodlights up for night putting, and friends who have come over can’t even tell it was a repair job.
