“We are so thankful for Nate’s Plumbing! We had a pipe burst a little past midnight and was flooding the bathroom and started leaking out in the hallway. By the time we got to it and shut the water off it created a bit of a mess. Our biggest concern was with a family of 5, we needed water quickly! lol
Nate’s Plumbing schedule was full when I called them first thing in the morning when they opened up. They graciously asked about our situation and once they heard the story, they said we will have a crew come within an hour to hour and a half. Long story short, we had everything fixed and water running in a hour and a half later. Freakin incredible! How Nate’s Plumbing Company handled our situation shows that this company is amazing and we will always refer them and use them. Thank you for caring for our family!“

“I received my invoice from Ray's Plumbing today and gave them a call. They probably thought i was going to complain, but I called to say thank you! Grayson and Megan did a great job! They went under the house...yuk!...and replaced the tub/shower waste and overflow. My home is old and it really needed to be done. They also put in a new faucet and drain assembly in the sink. It all looks so nice! (He took pictures of the work done under the house.) They clean up everything and are so nice. You can tell they take pride in their work. He came to my home on time fixed the the poor installation of the of the fixtures in guest bath room that I have never used which was brought to my attention by someone that utilized the bath facility. After the worked was done Shawn called to say he realized that he failed to put a few screws in the block he secured in the back of the panel.That showed me he is a perfectionist that sjhows pride in his work. the upshot if another plumber did the job, he or she would not come back because the block was secured will enough for others.“

“I’ve worked with Chuck and Seth for many years, very knowledgeable and will take time to answer any question, I recently had an issue with a drain backing up on lower level bathroom sink had a rooter company come out and camera the drain they suggested replacing a section of old cast iron line, I asked them for a bid and it was more that twice what Advanced bid the job, the rooter company said they had to remove the vanity in order to get access to the pipes, Seth was able to complete the job without removing the vanity. I highly recommend Advanced plumbing they are fair and will try to charge for unnecessary work because they are a very honest company.“
