The quote I was given was $3,500 for the pump and $900 to empty the tank. First Call Spetic came out, did an inspection and told me my pump was FINE and I didnt need my tank pumped for approximately 4 more years. “Sunday evening, while turning on the sprinklers, I discovered that a severely rusted pipe just past the homeowner's shut-off valve had burst. I turned off the water once I had prepared a few buckets for flushing toilets to try to avoid paying for an emergency weekend visit. Early Monday morning, I started calling around to get a plumber out. The first company I called said there would still be a $275.00 fee for the emergency call.

I finally got a hold of JB Plumbing, who said they could fit me in around 3:30 PM, which we scheduled. However, the owner fit me in earlier, 9:30 AM that morning, without charging an emergency fee. JB Plumbing provided very responsive service when it mattered most.“

Jeff (who no surprise at all has several mentions in the review) is amazing. He was able to identify the issue, come back out and solve in less than 24 hours. Not only did he solve the issue but answered every question I had about the system and best practices for preventative maintenance leaving me feeling more knowledgable and confident about the use of our Daikin mini-split system. We bought this house having never used one before and the run down on the basics were so helpful.

They went under the house...yuk!...and replaced the tub/shower waste and overflow. My home is old and it really needed to be done. They also put in a new faucet and drain assembly in the sink. It all looks so nice! (He took pictures of the work done under the house.) They clean up everything and are so nice. You can tell they take pride in their work.
