Sunday evening, while turning on the sprinklers, I discovered that a severely rusted pipe just past the homeowner's shut-off valve had burst. I turned off the water once I had prepared a few buckets for flushing toilets to try to avoid paying for an emergency weekend visit. Early Monday morning, I started calling around to get a plumber out. The first company I called said there would still be a $275.00 fee for the emergency call.

With a quick text to JB Plumbing about a water leak in our kitchen ceiling, he was able to come and check it out. He gave us ideas about where it might be coming from, checked out potential sources. We really appreciate it. He didn’t just start carving up the kitchen ceiling. Highly recommend his problem-solving, ease of getting a hold of and his professional demeanor.

Fast and effective, easy to work with, showed up when he was supposed to, all the things that you would expect, but don't always get.
I got a couple quotes for a hot water heater replacement, they were all in the same ballpark, Jared stood out because of his effective communication and his positive attitude. His quote came back immediately, and he was quick to answer any questions that I had.
