My mom is visiting from out of state and her glasses were slightly broken. On hope and a prayer we stopped into Visionworks in Woodinville, WA. Not only were they able to fix here glasses but they didn’t charge us anything. THREE employees took the time to work together and help us because the fix wasn’t straight forward. Kara, Louis and Janae were absolutely amazing. They were all very friendly and so incredibly helpful! Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was greeted with smiles and welcomes the moment the door opened. Very professional, yet treated as though I was an old friend stopping by for a visit. Highly recommend this place.
This was my second visit to Visionworks and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Dr. Gunther is incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Additionally Kara, Jenae, and Louis made the process of picking out frames helpful and fun. I recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor.
