I had a great experience with this eye doctor. They took extra time to do a very thorough eye checkup and carefully explained everything. I truly appreciated that they fit my appointment in between their busy schedule. The doctor was patient, kind, and very professional. I felt well cared for and never rushed. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, the experience with the front desk staff was not as smooth. After my exam, it took quite a long time to speak with someone, and when I was finally being helped, the staff member kept answering phone calls while assisting me. I found this a bit inappropriate and distracting.
Everyone was so friendly and kind. Dr. Tran is very approachable and explains everything in an easy to understand way. Ed helped me pick out my glasses and use my insurance benefits. 5 star team and worth my commute from Seattle!
