Overlake Eye Designs is a highly regarded eye care clinic known for its excellent service and professionalism. Many clients have had great experiences with Dr. Pian and Dr. Wong over the years, praising both the doctors and their staff for being friendly and attentive, especially for those with unique challenges. The clinic has recently moved to a new, beautiful location with convenient garage parking, enhancing the overall experience. Patients appreciate the sophisticated testing methods and instruments used, which they find to be more thorough compared to previous clinics. While some note that Overlake Eye Designs may be more expensive and does not accept certain stand-alone vision insurance, clients feel that the quality of care and attention received justifies the cost. Overall, Overlake Eye Designs comes highly recommended for anyone seeking exceptional eye care.
Dr. Wong is an efficient, experienced, and friendly optometrist who conducts comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contact lenses. He provides reasonably priced solutions and is accompanied by an excellent supporting staff. This was my first visit, and I would recommend him to my husband.
Dr. Wong and Dr. Pian are the best! The glasses I've gotten here are always perfect and much better than when I've gotten glasses other places. I have progressives, and when I've gotten them elsewhere, I've had issues, but not at Overlake Eye Designs. The doctors and staff are very kind and caring as well and excellent at what they do.
Dr. Pian is a great optometrist. The new office is great, and the team always provides great service. They are on time and give great recommendations on glasses. I received my follow-up call that my new glasses are available, one week after exams.
