Great experience. Great customer service from dispatch and scheduling. Team (Aaron and Brock) were prompt, knowledgeable and professional in solving our electrical problems. Would certainly call again and also call if we have mechanical/AC issues in the future.
We recently had a new furnace and hot water tank installed at our home. We are really happy with the whole process from start to finish. The estimator who came out was very thorough in explaining all our options. Stephanie took as much time as we needed in answering our questions and making sure we were comfortable with our decision. She was also available for a few additional questions we had after she left. The crew they sent out was very courteous, efficient, and left the work area in very clean condition. We are extremely happy with the service they provided. It was time for an update and we would highly recommend their whole team.
Evaluate damage from ice buildupService employee very knowledgeable and helpful.I was however, not happy that I was not quoted a fee and advised that we will be having a maintenance checkup in March. This could have been checked on then and saved me $216.11.
