Professional, respectful, helpful and overall kind. I had such a great experience that I sent my daughter the next day and hubby is scheduled too. Dr. Johal helped me when I went in and she even offered to stop at the office next to her on her way home to pick up my contacts so I could have them the next day. When I went in Dr. Alzeir helped me and he was just as kind and professional as Dr. Johal. The staff is equally amazing - Avery, Lehman and Kateryna made sure all the insurance was taken care of and explained the costs, etc. I really appreciated help picking out glasses that looked good with no pressure. Glad we found them!

My first time visiting Vision works. The staff were very good and helpful, to say the least. They went over the vision benefits in detail. I came to know that my insurance covered me for 2 frames (which I was unaware of for 2 yrs!). None of the optical shops took the time to explain the benefit.This shop has a good selection of frames for both men and women. The frames were of good quality. What I liked is the wide range of known branded frames which were not too expensive.Kateryna was amazing, calm and patient and went through the different options. Absolutely outstanding store with a great selection of eye wear including top name designer brands. I personally have pursued three pair in the last couple of months.As soon as you walking in the store you are greeted by an amazing customer service team.The store is managed by Jennifer and her infectious smile. She has built a great team of optical experts, which is a reflection of her leadership skills and customer focused personality.If you are lucky enough to be served by Lehmann, he won’t disappoint….
