Awesome sunglasses selection. Ted was amazing at educating me as to the modifications that can be done to customize the fit better. He was very patient in allowing me to try on many styles. All these years of buying high end sunglasses, and nobody has ever offered the custom-fit options that Ted did. I left with a beautiful pair of sunglasses, and I'm keeping in mind the possible modifications if they turn out to not fit quite right.

Service was wonderful. I was a bit indecisive and needed assistance (fortunately the store was not crowded at the time -- I took 45 minutes to decide). Ron/Rob (I apologize, I hope I remember his name correctly) was incredible: thorough, knowledgeable about the product, and a consummate salesperson. He mentioned that he was relatively new -- one couldn't tell. Store manager Amy assisted at the end, playing the role of tie-breaker which I needed so badly. Really great shopping experience.

Extremely friendly and helpful, going on my second pair of glasses with them. The first pair I got from an optometrist which was your typical exam + glasses order turn and burn.I thought about ordering online, but I had a partial payment I wanted to do to finish off an HSA card so I went into the store. I'm glad I decided to go in, the person there was awesome! Naomi is amazing, she did a great job of hooking me up with a refresh of my current frames with better lenses and making sure they have a better fit, and even did a nice tune up of my current glasses.
