First time trying this place out after hearing about it from a friend while talking about getting a new eye exam prescription filled. I was helped in no time at all, and treated with patience and respect, and then told what the next steps were once placing an order. Glasses also arrived in a week's time. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Regular customer online. Nice to visit in-person store and get great efficient service from the knowledgeable staff who answered questions & got me on my way fairly quickly. Warby Parker Bellevue is great.

I would suggest anybody go to warby Parker. I have been to two or three other places to get glasses and I was never satisfied with what they did. They weren't as informative and personal as warby. Parker was with me. Kat was who helped me and she was really good as soon as I told her purple was my favorite color. She brought me over to these beautiful light purple colored frames that just came in that morning. I got lucky or they would have been gone and she was very very informative on all the parts of the glasses and you know just I was really impressed
