“I have never had much of a sense of style, so I generally approach buying glasses with a combination of trepidation and resignation, I might not look good, but at least I'll see well. But with Naomi on my team, that's not what happened and I am now the proud owner of my first actually stylish accessory, and they look great AND I can see well!! Naomi was patient, diligent, incredibly knowledgeable and, at the same time, so friendly, warm, and patient that I completely forgot to be afraid of the process. I read some of the other reviews, and the 1 star ones confused me. They were so many light years away from my experience that I don't even see how they could be talking about the same shop!
