Our family has been dealing with a long standing (10+ years) heating & cooling problem. A tech was dispatched from Hendrickson to diagnose the issue. However after exhausting testing, he admitted that he was stumped.

However, to our amazement he escalated the issue to a senior level technician who was dispatched (free of charge!). After two hours of testing, listening and looking at virtually everything, the problem was found, resolved and tested.

The senior level tech even followed up with us several times to insure everything was resolved.

We could not be more pleased with the level of service, professionalism and honestly we have received from Hendrickson.
