“As our previous window cleaning service had left the state, I searched Google maps for potential new contractors from which to take quotes. Justin's quote made my decision a no-brainer. Compared to the other quotes I'd received, it was more than competitive and covered more services, too.

We have our windows cleaned every spring, and I have always power washed our sizeable deck myself. But that takes me 2-3 days at my age, and time was tight due to upcoming guests on the calendar, so I hired Justin to do that job as well, and his method was far superior, took only about 2 hours, and was much safer in protecting our 1-year-old new Trex deck. He also included power washing all the powder coated aluminum railing and glass infill.

We also had not had our siding washed in the 15 years we've owned the house, so several areas higher up on the 2nd floor had become beyond grungy, and we agreed it was time for a full house washing. Justin and his assistant gave everything a very thorough cleaning, including all the exterior gutters, eaves, anything that had accumulated dirt over the years.

We also had him power wash our lower driveway and walkway, and even clean the moss off of our aluminum deck furniture. Everything looks absolutely great! Best of all was Justin's professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction througout the day. I also hired him to repair several spots on our gutters that were leaking, but that wasn't possible that day due to rain. Has to be dry for the sealant to adhere to the metal, so he'll be back soon to complete that task.

Always happy to find a contractor here in Kitsap with integrity who is also quality minded. Even better when the cost is reasonable and affordable. There's a reason Justin's schedule is mostly full, and it's because he's built a solid reputation for his company amidst a sea of also-rans. We already had our gutters cleaned, but I'll be contacting Finishing Touch Services when next we require that to get a quote on that project, too!

“When it was time to replace our roof, I got estimates from 3 companies and my interactions with Elliot at Oasis Construction were always positive. He was able to coordinate an initial visit within a day and provided an estimate within 24 hours. We had a lot of back and forth to go over the details of the estimate/contract, but that was all on me. I had lots of questions and Elliot was always so patient and I never had to wait long for a response. I was also getting other quotes using different roofing materials from Owens Corning and he agreed to redo his estimate using those same materials so that I could do an apples to apples comparison.Once we had sorted out the details, and I was looking at 3 different estimates, Elliot's cost was the lowest of the three. He was also willing to provide a payment plan that allowed us to extend our payments out 2 months. The work took a little longer than expected, in part because our roof has a lot of different, adjoining angles and overhangs, but also because there were 2 guys on the crew. A neighbor recently had their roof done and there was a crew of 8 people who got the job done in 2 days. With 2 guys, it took 6 full days of work. We didn't mind that it took a few days, especially with how wonderful everything looks, now that the work is done. They did an amazing job, and even patched up some holes that squirrels had made in the soffits. The team was always kind and when I checked in with them, they always provided an update on how things were going.I wholeheartedly recommend Elliot and Oasis Construction for your roofing needs in West Seattle.
