I had interactions with 2 people at AAA1: Emma, who set up the appointment, and was cheery and professional, sincerely apologizing when the job ahead of mine was taking longer and having to reschedule, and Alvaro, who came in and did the work. From watching Alvaro work, I could tell that he is a guy who is dedicated to getting it done without taking shortcuts or speeding it up if behind schedule: he makes sure the job is done right. He also managed to find the source of a slow leak on our roof and sealed it for us.

I have a rental with tile roofing which is needs special cleaning.Last time the roof was cleared of moss and whatnot was before pandemic. Roof was a mess and as such the gutters were mess too. One call to these guys solved all my roof cleaning issues. Firstly, a polite, professional gentlemen showed up for estimate. The roof cleaner who showed up a couple of days later was very skillful and hardworking. He pressure washed the roof clean with impressive results. He cleaned up after himself and talked to me about what's going with my roof. The price was reasonable too considering the amount of work that had to be done (including cleaning). As prices for this service have increased, I shopped around for a new gutter/roof cleaning service.Angela per phone conversation discussed in detail the options I needed.The company stopped by and immediately emailed me a proposal, broken down. The process was extremely professional.They matched the price of my previous service, which was the more reasonable quote.AAA1 was quickly available to clean my roof, gutters and add treatment.Leo spent 4 hours servicing the roof and cleaned up much better than previous services. I would highly recommend this company.
