Their onsite team was extremely professional and wrapped up our torch down roof in 3 or 4 days. “Contacted the company and the next day I had a response from Pascal. He came out the same day and gave me a very reasonable quote. Juan and his crew showed up 3 days later right on time. Repaired and put waterproof layers and new shingles on my porch roof and fixed the gutter so the damage would not continue. Then they cleaned the roof and gutters as well as the roofs on my two sheds. Added a gutter on one of the sheds as well. While they were here I asked if they could trim back some of the branches from my cedar trees that were overhanging the roof. For just a little extra they cut back the branches then cut them all up and put them in my green bin. When done with everything they cleaned up any mess and left my yard looking great. I will definitely use them again for repairs and roof maintenance and when it comes time to replace the roof I will be calling them! Thanks All Access!“
“Great costumer service from the moment they reached out, taking pictures with the drone, explaining what I previously knew, the scope of work. Honest, straight forward, they have different levels you can spent, very professional, set up nicely, brought their own Porta potty, for some reason that impressed me, I’m sure it’s common but I was impressed. Did the work, took couple days, came when they said they would, cleaned up, they are supposed to come back in couple days to do another round of clean up which I know they will, very professional, I highly recommend.“
