Damien the inspector spent an hour inspecting my roof while educating me on his findings/standards. He was professional, competent, and kind. 10/10 recommend calling Hanley with your roofing needs.“

Answered all our questions and got the replacement scheduled as soon as possible during winter weather. Crew did the work in about a day and a half even though we have a complicated property to access. Overall a very easy process and took the stress out of having to get an entirely new roof.“

There was one hiccup, the foreman had a family emergency and had to leave but we were informed and the schedule was adjusted. The impact was minimal, a few hours over the original plan. Completion and cleanup exceeded or met our highest expectations. Follow up inspection by a company owner was thorough and informative, we are satisfied.“

The team Foreman Brian was easy to communicate with and quickly addressed any concerns I had. My old roof was completely remove and replaced with Owns Corning Tru Definition Duration shingles and the Owens Corning Weather Lock Self-Sealing Ice & Water shield. I highly recommend these shingles and Ice & Water shield. The quality of these shingles is superior along with the warranty. The flower beds and the rest of the work site was protected and cleaned up as if they were never there. Now I have a roof that will stand the pounding of the extreme Pacific Northwest weather. In 2021 the roof needed to be re-screwed and after calling several companies, Variety was very responsive and helpful, so we went with them. They came out quickly and did a great job on site. I was so happy with them, I didn't hesitate to call again in 2023 when we had some large vent stacks that needed major work. Just as happy with them the second time. After 4 years of hiring contractors to do repairs on this building, I think these folks are my favorite.“

I called Jon at J&B Roofing and he said he could get it taken care of no problem. Despite a snow storm hitting the night before he was supposed to be out and the job getting pushed a couple days, he kept in contact and was able to come out with snow still on the roof and get the job done quickly and in good quality. “I just learned about Bayview roofing this year through my State farm insurance agent in Silverdale, Nicole Grigg. I requested 3 estimates for replacing my 30 year old composite roof at the beginning of April. Two of the bigger companies were unable to complete the work prior to the end of the summer. Bayview being a small family-run business, completed the work in the middle of May. I was very impressed with their staff and the workers were very diligent and considerate of safety and also my personal needs regarding clutter. The office manager, Crystal personally delivered the invoice to my house and picked up my check for the work. The estimator Steve delivered a prepackaged packet of extremely important information about my roof which the big companies didn't do. Scott Carlson, the owner of the business was very personal and communicative about the work while it was being performed. I don't give out five stars very often but certainly Bayview roofing was entitled to this rating.“
