“We inherited a large 40 year old commercial building in need of some major repairs. In 2021 the roof needed to be re-screwed and after calling several companies, Variety was very responsive and helpful, so we went with them. They came out quickly and did a great job on site. I was so happy with them, I didn't hesitate to call again in 2023 when we had some large vent stacks that needed major work. Just as happy with them the second time. After 4 years of hiring contractors to do repairs on this building, I think these folks are my favorite.“

“I just learned about Bayview roofing this year through my State farm insurance agent in Silverdale, Nicole Grigg. I requested 3 estimates for replacing my 30 year old composite roof at the beginning of April. Two of the bigger companies were unable to complete the work prior to the end of the summer. Bayview being a small family-run business, completed the work in the middle of May. I was very impressed with their staff and the workers were very diligent and considerate of safety and also my personal needs regarding clutter. The office manager, Crystal personally delivered the invoice to my house and picked up my check for the work. The estimator Steve delivered a prepackaged packet of extremely important information about my roof which the big companies didn't do. Scott Carlson, the owner of the business was very personal and communicative about the work while it was being performed. I don't give out five stars very often but certainly Bayview roofing was entitled to this rating.“

“I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of Kyle and his team when they replaces my roof. They made sure all of my wife's plants were moved or protected around the house and places plywood down on my new deck to protect it. When they were complete with the roofing they went around and did a great job of cleaning up the trash and nails from the old roof removal. GREAT JOB!“
