These people were really helpful. They are knowledgeable, they follow manuals, and they do follow ups to make sure that the job is done properly. We needed them to fix an issue that was created by another HVAC company who did a terrible job and left the work incomplete. Briggs techs came in and worked relentlessly until they found the problem and fixed it permanently. We highly recommend them.
I was reffered to Briggs by their partner Chimney Company after a different heating company had insisted my probem was a blocked flue. Sixpenny Chimney had cleaned the flue and there were still on-going issues with the heater. Austin came right out to try to identify the problem. I will be using them again in the future.
