During a routine inspection, and while using the latest technology, Alex HVAC unexpectedly discovered a dangerous carbon monoxide and corrosive mould situation in our 25+ year-old gas furnace. A new tenant had, literally, "just" moved into the completely renovated basement apartment where the system was located and, of course, boxes, furniture, artwork and paintings were stacked everywhere. Nothing seemed to phase Alex's crew, as they made a pathway wide enough to remove the humongous ancient unit, took off doors leading to the outside, and re-positioned old and new duct work before getting the system up and running quickly.
