Alex was amazing! We had an appliance flood right at thanksgiving. I called him and he was at our house so quick and had everything drying out within hours. This was my first time doing an insurance claim and Alex basically held my hand through everything. He was great at explaining all the details and steps that needed to be taken. We even had a main pipe blockage a few weeks later and he was super responsive again and had the issue completely fixed within hours. Although there were some complications, everything was figured out and Alex handled it like a professional.

I have used this company 3 times now and every single time has been consistent. Extremely professional, excellent work, on time, called prior to coming with a projected time, explained the whole process, very thorough. 100% recommend to anyone needing work from this company. Would continue referring them to anyone who needs services!

Called Tidewater Restoration on Saturday in the evening when bathroom plumbing under sink blew and hot water pouring out. Alex came immediatelyHad situation under control water sucked up and fans running before he left. Came back everyday and checked on everything took up carpet and pad. Would recommend him for any service needs.I called Serv Pro first they told me it would be hours suggested I call someone else.Glad they did!!Rick Beskin with Beskin and Divers insurance will certainly get my recommendation as to who to call.The best!!!
