Duane and his crew were great on the mitigation, the were neat, efficient, very responsive to my wishes. They organized my items and handled them with care, and in the end did a great job!

We hired Servpro of Virginia Beach to help us with the clean up and remediation of a tragic situation for our family that was unexpected. From start to finish, Duane, Lauren and the rest of the team at Servpro did an exceptional job. They did everything they said they would do for the price given to us in the estimate. The work was done to a very high standard; communication with us was clear, prompt and always friendly; and special requests were always met with a “can do” spirit and a “yes”.
