“I was struggling with a constant headache for a week and a half. I went to my regular optometrist but she wouldn’t preform my eye exam without having my eye sorted first so she recommended I see an ophthalmologist. After calling around to many different offices within my insurance network I kept running into the same problem. All of them were in specialized eye health and not general eye care so I couldn’t get an appointment unless I had an eye disease. Long story short I Google this practice and they were able to get me an emergency eye appointment with Dr. Vu the same day. She is an optometrist with a very kind/excellent bedside manner. She helped me calm my nerves and was very understanding and welcoming throughout my appointment.
