Dr Giles and her staff are incredibly kind and thorough. I always have fantastic help from the moment I walk in, to the moment I leave. Shout out to Brian, Who has been helping me pick flattering frames for my face for over a decade, and whose energy and optimistic is contagious. I suffer from a chronic undiagnosed illness and Dr. Giles understood my concerns and addressed to my issues in a considerate and efficient manner. NVDO are the best around!
I have been going to Nova - Dr Sparrenberger yearly for about 8 years. So happy with the service. He is thorough, funny and caring. The tools they have for pre-checking the eyes are excellent. I love this place.
