Dr. Randolph and the attendant who checked my vision were great. Absolutely great.
But Dr. Randolph, you've got to improve that front desk!! I had the most inexperienced and clueless front desk worker who did not know what she was doing.
That would be fine, because we all have to learn when new to a job....but this person didn't even care!!!
Plus, what's with all the small talk from the front desk workers? Even we the older patients were looking at them funny for how much small talk they do.
Five stars is inadequate, hands down the best of the best. From Baraa, most knowledgeable, caring and sweetest technician on the planet to calm your frayed nerves (or retina) and process you smoothly, from Boram Dr. Gauthier wizard assistant to Dr. Guathier himself a vision saver. It is your eyesight trust it to the best professional in the DMV, I am so grateful I did! Thanks Dr. G and team, it’s comforting to know that if I cannot you all clearly see what the solution for me is — 6 stars five is inadequate ‼
My mother was recently diagnosed with retinol issues, and this office went above and beyond fitting her into their schedule. My mother had the pleasure of meeting Barra and Zara, and even though I was unable to make it to her appointment, these girls translated for her during her visit. My mom had nothing but great things to say. I highly recommend this office for any issues regarding your eyes.
