by M&J Services and appointment set! The technician that found the issue and need for replacement of my AC/Condensing unit and Air Handler was awesome I was so appreciative at how quickly it seemed he must have advised what was needed to do the job! Next thing you know the parts would be ordered and call came to tell me what steps would be taken with my cost! Rather quickly too! Appointment set and then came Jordan and Eric who were professional and knew what they were doing they had the system in and cleaned up and done with my manuals and warranty info handed to me! I was really impressed and appreciated them as they reminded me of how caring and efficient things used to be! I have been through several repairs with this system and other repair problems with my home and I have to say I thought all the true old fashioned customer service was gone but Jordan and Eric reminded me of those older days when repair persons would take the time to explain and do the job fast efficient with a appreciation for their customer! They knew what they were doing and worked with each other effectively and fast it seemed! Jordan offered to change my light bulb when she came in as it was a bit darker in the kitchen and where she had to start working as the Air handler was in a closet! She didn’t forget as they were leaving and Eric was the right height so they took care of that too!! I miss those kind gestures! This is a great company from beginning to end! After moving from Virginia Beach to Suffolk I asked Arlette who cut my hair at the Va Beach Great Clips for Many-Many Years if she could recommend someone closer to Suffolk. Athena is the GOAT! I've had horrible experiences at other very high priced salons in this area, 3x the cost, absolutely butchered my hair color and cuts. I saw Athena today and she took the time to listen to what I wanted, what my concerns are, and even looked at pictures of my last botched salon experience. I'm visiting my cousin who lives here in Suffolk. I had mentioned that I wanted to go to the Barber and get my hair cut. She recommended this place to me saying that it was the best in town. I noticed there was a television with Hogan's Heroes playing. I remember watching that and also Andy Griffith show when Andy got his haircut from Fred. Al, and his Barbershop gives me the same feeling as the barbershop on Andy Griffith show. It's very relaxing, comfortable, welcoming and reasonably priced. I highly recommend if your ever in Suffolk to stop by. If Al and his Barbershop are not on the list of things to do while in town, they should be.In my humble opinion Al is an artist.

I've seen him cut many different grades of hair with results that I'm thoroughly impressed with. I'm amazing at how effective scheduling has been since the shift. Appointments are prompt and pretty much on time, everytime! I recommend this barbershop to everyone seeking a fresh cut. The barber even does eyebrows for the ladies. I have yet to have a negative experience at Sundays. All the staff is so accommodating and friendly. I went in not knowing if I wanted a membership and asked so many questions about the services and products. Every questions was met with an answer and a genuine smile. My nail tech is on vacation and after walking around for days with broke nails, I could not hold out another day let alone another week waiting for him to return. So about 3am 4am on a Friday morning, I was searching high and low for reputable nail techs in the area. I have visited one or two nearby, but I was not impressed enough to return again for a fill in or a repair. Nevertheless, I came across this spot on Google. I usually use my handy dandy Yelp app, but sometimes, you may miss out... like this place was not up there... but she should be now! I added this business after my appt. on Saturday. I made my appointment on Friday after reaching out to the nail tech via text. She informed me of her booking website. The website was easy to use and I booked my appt. for the next day without worry. Puscat has an IG and Facebook page. I was able to check out her work and I was super hyped to try her. I arrived for my appt. on Saturday and she was on point. The shop is located inside of a building, where others can rent out spaces. It was not hard to find at all. This was my first time, but I felt super comfy as if I was a regular. If you are into nails and love pizazz, I highly recommend this shop. I am super excited to return. It's clean inside, the vibe is awesome and it's spacious. Do not forget your mask. Parking... I only saw street parking. I was able to snag a space directly across the street from the building. As you can see my nails in the pic, my nails were all freehand by the tech. I really did not have an idea of what I wanted, but I gave her some direction and she brought it home from there :) Super satisfied! Have fun and enjoy life :)

Mr Leadbetter and Katie are some of the nicest people to deal with. They were scheduled for 930am but ran into issues at the dumping station trying to empty their truck. They got here around noon and went stright to work locating the access cover. With in minutes they had a hole dug right over the cover, got it open and started pumping. We can't always control what happens while trying to get a job done. Katie is truly a rising star!

I put off going to the dentist out of fear until one day I HAD to go. My coworker recommended Gwaltney Dental. I went in terrified. Front the front seat to the dental assistant to Drs Whitney and Ryland I was so at ease. They took to heart how scared I was and explained every step to me and kept checking on me all through the process. I won't go anywhere else!!!
Dr Joe was so incredibly nice and understanding. He went out of his way to help my daughter and I couldn't have picked a better dentist. Honestly, I don't think a better one exists. Doesn’t look like much from outside but don’t let that fool you. Inside is beautiful and modern. Everyone is very kind and welcoming (especially the young lady at the front desk). I needed a last minute appointment after my current dentist office closed and they got me in same day!

Amazing group of Doctors, Dr. Haley cured my little newborn from her neck tuck, colic, and latching issues. My other one had her first visit today and she loved it after her initial worries and fear tears, but she asked if she could go back tomorrow to see Dr. Haley....the whole team is beautiful. The kids look forward to seeing Dr. Gold's bubble machine and talk about it all week. From front desk angels to all the staff and doctors everyone is warm and friendly. Im very impressed and the bill is very reasonable...the value is literally priceless.

We had a great first experience at Le Paw Royale! My wife and I moved to Suffolk about a year ago from the Hampton/Newport News area. Our pups had been going to a groomer in Newport News since they were little, so we were nervous about trying somewhere new, but the drive was getting old.
We heard about Le Paw Royale from our vet and decided to give them a shot. They were awesome! Kim and Sarah made the whole process super easy. The place felt more like a spa—very clean, organized, and welcoming.
I especially liked the drop-off window, which gave us some flexibility instead of a set drop-off time. It made our morning way less rushed.
Most importantly, the cuts were amazing! We have a mini Aussiedoodle and a mini Goldendoodle, and they looked fantastic. We’ll definitely be back!
Went here over the weekend to take our lab Zeus to bath him, the staff was so accommodating, especially after our dog got a little worked up after seeing another dog there waiting. We will be repeat customers, the bath your own dog areas were very nice and convenient. You guys get 5 ????? instead of 5 stars!

I was experiencing severe pain in my neck and shoulders due to extensive computer work. Brandi was excellent! Very professional, great facility and even gave me some tips that I can do myself at home. She had me feeling better in no time. I will be coming back again and again! Highly recommended!!
