After we had a bad experience with another HVAC company, Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed our AC. DeAndre was very prompt and professional. He was able to help me quickly during the hottest days of the year. He quickly troubleshoot the problem and had the unit working just in time before the heat started. He had a very friendly demeanor. During the conversation I discovered he is a Navy Veteran. We thank him for his service. He is definitely good at his job. He has no control of the pricing for which I do not hold against him. I am certain emergency/holiday rates apply. You have a great employee working for you.
I purchased a new Trane unit from Atlantic Shores 2 years ago. While there are things abt the unit itself I don’t like, the team at Atlantic Shores does GREAT WORK. Jack Davis works tirelessly to get the job done. I had a 6ft (really, 7, but he was fried dead so we couldn’t stretch him out) snake get up in the control panel of the outside unit and FRIED himself like hibachi gone horribly wrong! He was shorting out the unit! Jack came out and discovered this stinky, smelly mess and removed it, and got us back running.
