I really appreciate the time and effort Atlantic Shores Heating & Cooling put into this job. Tron, Jack, Chris, and DeAndre really took the time to ensure a quality installation. I will say it started off with some miscommunication on some job components which left a weekend of no A/C; however, Monday early the whole crew was out making quick work of what needed to be done, and assured me it will be done right. Definitely got my system the way it needs to be and it looks, and feels great!

I had a great experience with this heating and cooling company. From the beginning, Casey was friendly, professional, and very helpful with communication and getting everything taken care of. Darryl, the technician, was also professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly.

After dealing with the stress of not having working AC, it was such a relief to have people who were courteous, dependable, and made the process easier. I truly appreciate the service I received from both Casey and Darryl and would definitely recommend this company to others. Thank you both for the excellent customer service!

After we had a bad experience with another HVAC company, Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed our AC. Everyone was friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the process. The technicians were patient, explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions. We also really appreciated that they tried to move our appointment to an earlier date.

Overall, we’re very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend to our friends. Thank you for the excellent service!
