Technicians are knowledgeable. I have confidence in their service. I subscribe to the semiannual maintenance plan which I think is reasonably-priced. I will continue using Atlantic Shores in the future.
I will say they the greatest and would refer them to anyone. My air went out on one the the hottest day of the week. I called them and they couldn't get someone out until the next day and within less than an hour I received a called back saying someone was coming the same day within couple hours. So yess they made it happened and I was so elated and part only took one day and they was out soon part came so. So thank you staff for caring about your clients and making it happen for your customers .
