“Furlongs installed the original HVAC in my house, which was built in 2001, and have continued to service it on a regular basis.When my furnace went out on a Sunday, Nathan came out quickly to diagnose the problem, which turned out to be that I needed a new furnace. Mandy and Jessica, receptionists, were very patient in answering my many questions(pleas) as to when they’d be able to install the new furnace. When I went in to borrow space heaters, which they had offered to deliver, I had an opportunity to meet Landon, the owner. I really appreciated him making arrangements to have a new furnace installed two days later. Tony and Brad, the installers, were puntual in arriving on a very cold, rainy day. They took the time to test out and explain the system, which was difficult given my limited knowledge. I would highly recommend their services.“

He recommended them for their knowledge, performance, and professionalism, without reservation. I called for them, among other HVAC businesses, to visit and send me an bid to install a new air-conditioning system for my home. After viewing my home and their set-up requirements the sent me their bid and installation date. Their price was the most favorable by $XXX so because of son's recommendation and their price, I selected them instead of my long time HVAC contractors.I was not disappointed!!!
