Having a heating furnace break in the middle of winter is stressful, there’s no way around it. I worked with GSSN to repair my aging unit (which turned into a multi step process) and they were great. They stuck with me, and provided clear and thorough communication every step of the way. It truly felt like I had ann ally by my side while working through the repair process. Between Nick, who handled my claim, and Angel the technician, they went above and beyond for me. My experience was that they were professional, knowledgable, prompt, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again! Thanks GSSN team!

I normally do not write online reviews for companies and only if they have done exceptional work and provided outstanding customer service do I feel compelled to write something. I give my absolute highest recommendation to Mr. Nick Kelly of GSSN without which we would have had very difficult environmental temps in our home both during (1) summer high temperatures and humidity and again (2) in the winter with sub freezing temperatures when our equipment failed. These techs knew what they were doing. Very professional and friendly. Terry was amazing with helping figure out finance options and answering questions. All the techs were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and did quality work. Very happy we chose to go with this company.
