He is courteous, answered our questions by talking to us and not over us, was timely in his duties and completed his work in a very professional manner. Cost was well within normal range for what we had done. We had called for a PM on our 20 year old system and had been concerned that it was on it's last leg, from previous PM's over the last 6 years, from 3 routine service providers, including Mr. Heating and Cooling.
