Chris, the Tech was outstanding I would have preferred an itemized breakdown of cost for each action show how total cost was calculated. The cost for the contact is clear but the $300.00 us not clear
We always receive excellent service from Southern Air. The technician explains what is needed and why and what work was performed. The technician also answers any questions we have in an easy to understand manner. Service fees are reasonable.
I’ve had an annual service contract with Southern Air for several years, which includes annual tuneups on my furnace and a/c. The technicians are always professional, on time, and knowledgeable. They explain their findings to me, and don’t try to upsell me on things I don’t need.Service: HVAC system maintenance
