Our air went completely out and it got as hot as 84 degrees in our office yesterday. We contacted Furlongs and Brice showed up at 9am this morning! It didn't take long for this knowledgeable young man to figure out the problem, get the replacement part and get us cooling again. Thank you Brice and Furlong - you are the best!! Recommend for sure!!!!
