They are very patient, eagerly answering all manner of HVAC 101 questions. Same for the friendly and accommodating call staff, who schedule the visits. Most recently, we had Joe E. at our house to perform a routine, semiannual safety and performance inspection. He carefully examined both the indoor and outdoor parts of the system. He even discovered the source of a minor but annoying rattle in the heat pump housing. The rattle is no more. Because of Aire Sev’s exemplary efforts during past visits, the entire unit is operating just fine.
