Dr. Dulac is by far the BEST dentist I’ve ever had . I hate going to the dentist and he was so gentle, told me everything he was going to do before he did it and I never felt a thing. My husband found him online and I couldn’t be happier. I have several more appointments after today - I’m not nervous and I look forward to going back. I haven’t been to a dentist in a few years because or past experiences and fear. After today - I’m ready to schedule the next appt. His staff is amazing. Both Dr Arora and Dr Rajput are experts in the physiology, biochemistry of hair loss, the possible causes as well as the medical and surgical solutions to the hair loss. I’ve been using their proprietary product called Tricho gel for almost one year. Even in areas where my scalp was shiny there are small follicles appearing and getting thicker with each month. I’ve been fighting male pattern baldness for decades. Minoxidil sent me to the ER with disturbance of heart rhythm. So that was eliminated as a non surgical treatment.
Frankly, before meeting the docs at the Hair Loss Clinic I thought there was nothing left for me but hair grafting procedure. I was pleasantly surprised that the medical treatment was working albeit slowly, which in retrospect is the same rate in which I lost my hair over 15 years. I’m very happy thus far and still may do a micro grafting session or two with them.

I went to dream salon to get my hair done by Julisa, and if I could give this salon more than 5 stars I would . First I would like to mention how professional and sweet Julisa is . She is the salon owner and not only is she beyond talented but she definitely cares about her clients, employees and everyone that walks into her salon . I have been getting my hair done for a couple of years now and I’ve gone to multiple balayage specialist before and Julisa has been the only hair professional that I will trust from now on. Now only did she allow me to do a consultation but she also did a test strand to see what my hair could hold when it came time for my appointment. Which I really appreciate. On top of that she only scheduled me for that day because she wanted to take her time since I do have a lot of hair . I was there for a while and Julisa made sure I was fine and doing well . I've also had my makeup done by Tinna several times—she is an amazing stylist who understands exactly what I want. Each time, I feel like a queen at events. My next stop is permanent eyebrows with Tinna. I can't wait to see the results!
I was very pleased with the service received from Quality Sewer and Drain. Upon initially having them out to look at a potential drain blockage, Cody right away got my attention by not trying to simply upsell me on something I didn’t need. After trying to resolve the issue myself, without success, Cody came back out and immediately diagnosed the larger problem after scoping the line. He was up front and straightforward with the issue and different courses of action to remedy it. After deciding to replace the collapsed drainage piping underground, Matt and Jonathan came out immediately the next day to dig up and replace the line. They both took great care to minimize the areas to be dug up in my front lawn and more importantly to help with the reclamation to restore those areas once done.
Overall, I was very pleased with the level of service received from Cody, Matt, and Jonathan! They know what the hell they’re talking about and we’re very professional throughout the process. I’ll absolutely be using them again when/if the need arises, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them for your sewer and drainage needs!

I’d seen this type of treatment on social media and thought it looked relaxing. It was! I got the 90-minute head spa with the facial option. I loved how your head stays nice and warm even when the water is off because of the steam. My hair has been extra soft ever since. My only minor complaint is that the road noise is a bit loud in the treatment room. I’d definitely go again!

This place is phenomenal! I've been coming here for almost four years now. They're owned primarily by sisters - Tina, Ann, Maria, Cindy, and Kim. I've always requested Tina but all of them are great and extremely friendly. I usually just get regular haircuts but Kim colored my sister's hair for my Army retirement ceremony and she loved it and looked stunning! I lived off Franconia Commons Rd when I first came into the area, and now I live in the Wilton Woods and still come here. They love what they do and they're good at it!

I was referred to Genet by my sister. Genet and her staff took great care of me and my hair. I was a walk in and got my hair colored, washed, conditioned, set, trimmed and flat ironed. I was in and out in a timely manner and the price for the services I received were very reasonable. My hair color came out so beautiful and a week later, my hair still looks amazing. Requested style: I took my son here for a hair cut for a reasonable price ($25). The barber who helped us, named Limber, was patient, took his time, and very friendly. He listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. My son looked absolutely beautiful! I will be returning.

My boys, now young men, have been going here for 10+ years. They will not go anywhere else and insist on only Ms. Min. She listens, cuts exactly what they ask for and deals with their individual hair issues (double crown, cow licks, etc.) They always look great and Ms. Min is lovely. The prices are really great too. I’ve been going to glossy nail since 2015. I lived in the Ravensworth neighborhood so I gave it a chance due to proximity. I’ve since moved to West Springfield and have tried other salons closer to me. No one compares in quality! I am someone who only gets my nails done for special occasions or trips so when I get them done I want them to last a while. I get gel on my nails and regular polish on my toes and it always lasts for at least 2 weeks. I recommend you call before going in because sometimes they are busy. If you call they’ll hold your spot for you.
This Salon was amazing! The workers were AMAZING! They made this experience incredible!!! This will now become my regular salon. I literally cannot express how much of a great time I had here. I really enjoyed, to the spa for the red light therapy and the cryotherapy, and the compression boots. The facility is great, but the experience would not be what it is without the assistance of Joana at the front desk. Since I have joined, she has taught me about all of the benefits of all of the services offered at the spa. Use my membership to the maximum capacity.

I had a working GFCI that stopped working after 8+ years and I thought it had gone bad and needed to be replaced. I bought a new one and wired it exactly the same as the old one, and it still wasn't working. I called Mike who told me while he couldn't come fix the issue, he would walk me through troubleshooting the issue. Turns out I had both the old and new receptacles wired backwards and the old one was more forgiving. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with me, my problem was solved. Fantastic customer service!Mike, I hope you get better soon because I'll be calling you for more work.

I visited the Star Granite store in Springfield, where I met Murat who provided me with a very informative consultation and a preliminary estimate on the spot. Once I made up my mind and placed the order, things happened really fast! The installation crew was great and Murat continued to support the project by answering my questions. Precision Contracting finished our basement bathroom remodel with a tub-to-shower conversion and toilet installation. They were super easy to work with and very responsive — from the estimate stage to final payment. The remodel looks great, was flexible to our budget, and completed in a timely manner.
We contacted Numon after seeing their ad, and we are so glad that we did. Out of the 6-7 quotes that we received for updating two bathrooms in our 1960's home, Numon was the most competitive. Additionally, they itemized everything, which allowed us to customize the project (i.e. choosing what we would install and/or provide ourselves). They were also available to meet our timelines, completing one bathroom before Thanksgiving and one before Christmas/the birth of our son.
George and Zula (husband/wife) are the owners, with George serving as the project lead and Zula as the design consultant. George has been in the remodeling business for 20+ years, working with many members of his team for just as long. George and his team have excellent attention to detail, and would always consult with us to ensure everything was being installed according to our desires. His team always showed up on time and worked diligently, ensuring they cleaned up after each day's work. They were friendly, personable, and nice to our kids. Zula was also very nice, helping us make some selections (flooring and bath tile), when we could not find anything we liked at local stores. Overall, we are thrilled with their craftsmanship and high quality of work. We wholeheartedly recommend them for your remodeling needs!
This was my first ever renovation, and I couldn’t have asked for a better company to do it than Contemporary Remodeling. Reynolds is easy to work with, punctual, and stays in touch throughout the process. His main guy Nick works very hard and does painstakingly good work. I didn’t expect to actually enjoy the renovation, but here I am. I have already recommended them to two neighbors and will continue to do so.
We have used TBI for over a year and we could not be happier. My neighbor recommended them when she saw me struggling with the weedy and patchy front lawn. Working with them is super easy. They come to treat the lawn, leave the instructions at the door, and we follow through the simple lawn care instructions. My lawn was hugely improved shortly after their first treatment. Now it's the second year and my lawn was completely transformed. Their price is very reasonable too.
This was the easiest install of anything I’ve ever had. Once they had the materials, it was a one day Install and it is beautiful. The gentleman who did the work did a beautiful job. I rarely post reviews, usually it is when I am dissatisfied and want to warn others. This post is for the exact opposite reason. I am very particular and these guys are top notch. Very responsive and great customer service were the start. But then the tile installers were amazing. It is truely an art for them and they crafted a masterpiece. Measuring, cutting and laying each tile meticulously as if it were their own home. Beautiful work! I only got 1 other quote and their pricing was comparable so I would say they also have competitive pricing. Good experience all around.
Having no success with ReStore (Habitat for Humanity) picking up 2 boxes of new, unused hardwood flooring, I discovered ReBuild which is actually closer to where I live. They were not able to arrange pick up, but at least they were up front with me, and didn't lie and then make excuses! They are only open a few days a week, but fortunately I'm retired so am flexible. I was able to get the two 7' boxes of hardwood flooring into my car, and found my way to ReStore on Fullerton Road. It's a bit tight to get to the door because of the location and parking, but I had barely put my car in park before a gentlemen came out to me and carried the boxes in for me! Service. I am so delighted to know about ReBuild Warehouse and you can be sure that I'll be donating any future building materials there. Highly recommend.
I found Holiday through Yelp and I’m glad I did. I’m really impressed with their customer service. Whenever I call, I am always greeted warmly and professionally. Anthony Slade has come out twice so far and he is excellent. He explains everything and is very detail oriented. I appreciate how I get an email and phone call when a technician is on the way and they always come within the expected timeframe - usually on the earlier side ; ) Highly recommend.
Highly recommend Rossi Pest Services! I had yellow jackets in my house, entering thru second story eaves. Jack arrived promptly, with a 20 foot ladder, ready to help. They really uphold their 30 day guarantee. Jack had to return a couple times to treat inside (this required removing drywall from my ceiling (I was happy he was willing to do) to be able to remove the nest from the ceiling crawl space. Want to add that after contacting several other companies, Rossi Pest Services was the only one that was willing to treat 17 feet up (Jack has a 20 foot ladder), the only one who arrived ready to give me an estimate AND do the work same day, and was willing to remove the nest from inside ceiling crawl space. Other places would just treat and leave the nest.

We have been using (blessedly!) the services of Mosquito Joe for several years now - and we are truly amazed at the way it has affected our outdoor life. Mosquito Joe comes reliably every two weeks. And Paris, the young man applying our treatment, is extremely thorough. We have a deep yard with a lot of plantings and foliage. Update October 2024: Jon and his team pulled the old, overgrown front beds out and replaced them with wonderful flowers and sod in some areas. It has completely changed the view and "mood" of our front area lightening it up and balancing the area. Simply top shelf work. Jon has our highest recommendation without reservation.

I've been going to this dental group (Springfield location) for about 4-5 years now, and they always go above and beyond during my visit. The cleaning is so thorough (I always see Christy!). I feel like she and the doctor really cares about my teeth/gum/mouth health, and I always leave feeling great and with new tips about my oral health. Everyone in the office is kind and helpful.

Last Thursday, I was informed that I was to be furloughed, and that the next day, my dental benefits would end at noon. Distraught, I called Springfield Dental Group minutes before they closed, as I had my six month cleaning scheduled for the following week. I explained the situation to Alfredo, who very compassionately put me on a hold to figure out what they could do for me. He got back on and told me they were able to squeeze me in during a fully booked day. I just wanted to give my gratitude especially to Alfredo, as he stayed late to work with me and made a horrible day just a little bit brighter. I was able to get my cleaning that Friday, which was great, (the hygienist was such a pleasure to work with) and I’m happy to say my furlough has miraculously ended. Thank you to Springfield Dental Group and especially Alfredo! I’ll see you all in six months. :)

Dr. Shayda Mankooei has been a literal lifesaver to me for 6 years! I have back trouble in various places and she always finds the source and gives relief. She’s easy to talk to and is understanding of pain. I always feel much better on exit than I did when I entered her center. Don’t hesitate to become her patient!
When I lived in NOVA, Dr Peter helped me heal in more ways than I can count. He was respectful and a great listener. I used his acupuncture services mostly; however, he would apply other therapies (cupping, chiropractic, etc.) as required. I only wish I could find someone in my new location equally competent.
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Lim. She has been instrumental in getting me back to myself. I had been dealing head and neck pain that would keep me up at night, drain my focus and energy. I was really getting discouraged thinking, there was no fix. I’m 3 sessions in and I can honestly say this has been life changing for me. Don’t wait, give it a try. The adjustments are painless and very relieving.

Outstanding vet care! Dr. Kelly is the best veterinarian I have ever seen and I am 62 and have had animal companions all my life. She is compassionate, wicked smart, and kind. Her staff is also excellent — everyone greets my precious dog, addressing her by her name and giving her tons of affection. I can’t recommend this vet hospital enough!
This is a very nice facility. It is very clean and the staff are really respectful and understanding. They are old fashioned with their service and I just wanted to let them know it doesn’t go unnoticed. They are always really caring and gentle with Elliott and when he goes to the back there is no doubt in my mind that they are taking care of him properly. I have never heard him cry or be upset in the back and he loves the techs here! Even the relief vets they get are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I have never had a bill that I thought was out of control and they are transparent with the prices.
I’ve been bringing my cat here ever since we got him. They are conveniently located right next to my house so it’s just a walk away. They are always so nice and my cat, Tofu has never had any issues here. Service is fast and all the vets here are great.

Location/Service- Great location with a lot of parking, they do take appointment but you can also walk in most of the time on weekday. Nothing fancy looking but the massage it on poitn and super afforadble. They also applied the right amount of pressure to your likign most place will charge you extra to go harder now day. The feet's massage will have you snoring. I come here once a month and try many different masseur and they all good.
This place was amazing. The front desk staff was polite and knowledgeable. When they couldn't transfer my credits the manager came and was polite and courteous and quickly handled the situation explaining the desk staff didn't have authorization but she was more than happy to do it. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have regularly visited Soft Touch for a long time... well over 10 years! Usually on a monthly basis. The main reason... the therapists are great. I usually go for a one hour session; at the end of that my stress is gone, my muscle aches have disappeared, and I feel great! The place is clean, quiet, and privacy is never an issue. I really enjoy the shower before the massage and the sauna.... leading up to the massage itself. If you're wondering... Soft Touch is in a suburban office park. Tons of easy parking. Each business has its own entry. Go for a visit! You'll be REALLY happy that you did!
