I had an amazing experience at Tatau Beauty. From start to finish, Iris was professional, kind and is incredibly skilled at her craft. She took the time to map out my brows, explained the entire process, and made sure I was completely comfortable with the shape and color before getting started. The combination of microblading and powder shading gave me the best of both worlds, natural looking hair strokes with a soft filled in finish. My brows looked full, balanced and beautifully shaped. This place is phenomenal! I've been coming here for almost four years now. They're owned primarily by sisters - Tina, Ann, Maria, Cindy, and Kim. I've always requested Tina but all of them are great and extremely friendly. I usually just get regular haircuts but Kim colored my sister's hair for my Army retirement ceremony and she loved it and looked stunning! I lived off Franconia Commons Rd when I first came into the area, and now I live in the Wilton Woods and still come here. They love what they do and they're good at it!

My boys, now young men, have been going here for 10+ years. They will not go anywhere else and insist on only Ms. Min. She listens, cuts exactly what they ask for and deals with their individual hair issues (double crown, cow licks, etc.) They always look great and Ms. Min is lovely. The prices are really great too. Tinna Beauty Salon is a wonderful place to get your Russian Manicure done. The results are absolutely gorgeous and last for almost a month, all at a very reasonable price. I've also had my makeup done by Tinna several times—she is an amazing stylist who understands exactly what I want. Each time, I feel like a queen at events. My next stop is permanent eyebrows with Tinna. I can't wait to see the results!

I’ve been going to glossy nail since 2015. I lived in the Ravensworth neighborhood so I gave it a chance due to proximity. I’ve since moved to West Springfield and have tried other salons closer to me. No one compares in quality! I am someone who only gets my nails done for special occasions or trips so when I get them done I want them to last a while. I get gel on my nails and regular polish on my toes and it always lasts for at least 2 weeks. I recommend you call before going in because sometimes they are busy. If you call they’ll hold your spot for you.

I’d seen this type of treatment on social media and thought it looked relaxing. It was! I got the 90-minute head spa with the facial option. I loved how your head stays nice and warm even when the water is off because of the steam. My hair has been extra soft ever since. My only minor complaint is that the road noise is a bit loud in the treatment room. I’d definitely go again!

The facility is great, but the experience would not be what it is without the assistance of Joana at the front desk. I was very pleased with the service received from Quality Sewer and Drain. Upon initially having them out to look at a potential drain blockage, Cody right away got my attention by not trying to simply upsell me on something I didn’t need. After trying to resolve the issue myself, without success, Cody came back out and immediately diagnosed the larger problem after scoping the line. He was up front and straightforward with the issue and different courses of action to remedy it. After deciding to replace the collapsed drainage piping underground, Matt and Jonathan came out immediately the next day to dig up and replace the line. They both took great care to minimize the areas to be dug up in my front lawn and more importantly to help with the reclamation to restore those areas once done.
Overall, I was very pleased with the level of service received from Cody, Matt, and Jonathan! They know what the hell they’re talking about and we’re very professional throughout the process. I’ll absolutely be using them again when/if the need arises, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them for your sewer and drainage needs!

I had a working GFCI that stopped working after 8+ years and I thought it had gone bad and needed to be replaced. I bought a new one and wired it exactly the same as the old one, and it still wasn't working. I called Mike who told me while he couldn't come fix the issue, he would walk me through troubleshooting the issue. Turns out I had both the old and new receptacles wired backwards and the old one was more forgiving. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with me, my problem was solved. I visited the Star Granite store in Springfield, where I met Murat who provided me with a very informative consultation and a preliminary estimate on the spot. Once I made up my mind and placed the order, things happened really fast! The installation crew was great and Murat continued to support the project by answering my questions. The installation crew was very professional, very polite, very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job installing the countertops and pointing me to any issues they saw during the removal of the old countertops and fixing it on the spot! I had my bathroom done by Bath Fitter. They did a good job but I wanted to highlight the work of Robert Snook. I was having issues with the sliding door and Robert searched his vehicle for parts and could not find them. He stated he'd be back the next day with the necessary parts. The next morning, Robert called with the parts. He showed up, installed the parts which solved the problem. He also tightened up the drainage cover which I had not reported. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I would recommend them to anyone, especially Robert.
I have hired and recommended Smooth floors for many years. They remodeled my kitchen, all our baths and flooring throughout our whole house. Custom built me a pantry. They have done work for many other people that I know and always do a great job and work hard to get started and finished on time. Their prices are very competitive and the owner is very conscientious and eager to make happy customers.
Precision Contracting finished our basement bathroom remodel with a tub-to-shower conversion and toilet installation. They were super easy to work with and very responsive — from the estimate stage to final payment. The remodel looks great, was flexible to our budget, and completed in a timely manner.
We contacted Numon after seeing their ad, and we are so glad that we did. Out of the 6-7 quotes that we received for updating two bathrooms in our 1960's home, Numon was the most competitive. Additionally, they itemized everything, which allowed us to customize the project (i.e. choosing what we would install and/or provide ourselves). They were also available to meet our timelines, completing one bathroom before Thanksgiving and one before Christmas/the birth of our son.

George and his team have excellent attention to detail, and would always consult with us to ensure everything was being installed according to our desires. His team always showed up on time and worked diligently, ensuring they cleaned up after each day's work. They were friendly, personable, and nice to our kids. Zula was also very nice, helping us make some selections (flooring and bath tile), when we could not find anything we liked at local stores. Reynolds is easy to work with, punctual, and stays in touch throughout the process. His main guy Nick works very hard and does painstakingly good work. I didn’t expect to actually enjoy the renovation, but here I am. I have already recommended them to two neighbors and will continue to do so.
TBI is what your lawn needs to be looking great. TBI was referred to me by a friend and I can’t be more pleased with the results. They are priced right and their delivery of service is top notch. Depending on your yard, it will take a few treatments to get your soil conditioned, but by the end of the first year, you will see major improvements. I rarely post reviews, usually it is when I am dissatisfied and want to warn others. This post is for the exact opposite reason. I am very particular and these guys are top notch. Very responsive and great customer service were the start. But then the tile installers were amazing. It is truely an art for them and they crafted a masterpiece. Measuring, cutting and laying each tile meticulously as if it were their own home. Beautiful work! I only got 1 other quote and their pricing was comparable so I would say they also have competitive pricing. Good experience all around.
Having no success with ReStore (Habitat for Humanity) picking up 2 boxes of new, unused hardwood flooring, I discovered ReBuild which is actually closer to where I live. They were not able to arrange pick up, but at least they were up front with me, and didn't lie and then make excuses! They are only open a few days a week, but fortunately I'm retired so am flexible. I was able to get the two 7' boxes of hardwood flooring into my car, and found my way to ReStore on Fullerton Road. It's a bit tight to get to the door because of the location and parking, but I had barely put my car in park before a gentlemen came out to me and carried the boxes in for me! Service. I am so delighted to know about ReBuild Warehouse and you can be sure that I'll be donating any future building materials there. Highly recommend.
I found Holiday through Yelp and I’m glad I did. I’m really impressed with their customer service. Whenever I call, I am always greeted warmly and professionally. Anthony Slade has come out twice so far and he is excellent. He explains everything and is very detail oriented. I appreciate how I get an email and phone call when a technician is on the way and they always come within the expected timeframe - usually on the earlier side ; ) Highly recommend.
Highly recommend Rossi Pest Services! I had yellow jackets in my house, entering thru second story eaves. Jack arrived promptly, with a 20 foot ladder, ready to help. They really uphold their 30 day guarantee. Jack had to return a couple times to treat inside (this required removing drywall from my ceiling (I was happy he was willing to do) to be able to remove the nest from the ceiling crawl space. Happy Yellow Jacket nest is gone!

Want to add that after contacting several other companies, Rossi Pest Services was the only one that was willing to treat 17 feet up (Jack has a 20 foot ladder), the only one who arrived ready to give me an estimate AND do the work same day, and was willing to remove the nest from inside ceiling crawl space. Other places would just treat and leave the nest.

We have been using (blessedly!) the services of Mosquito Joe for several years now - and we are truly amazed at the way it has affected our outdoor life. Mosquito Joe comes reliably every two weeks. And Paris, the young man applying our treatment, is extremely thorough. We have a deep yard with a lot of plantings and foliage. Paris carefully makes his through all of it - our front and side yards are equally dense. He is personable and courteous and never neglects our deck.

Update October 2024: Jon and his team pulled the old, overgrown front beds out and replaced them with wonderful flowers and sod in some areas. It has completely changed the view and "mood" of our front area lightening it up and balancing the area. Simply top shelf work. Jon has our highest recommendation without reservation.

I've been going to this dental group (Springfield location) for about 4-5 years now, and they always go above and beyond during my visit. The cleaning is so thorough (I always see Christy!). I feel like she and the doctor really cares about my teeth/gum/mouth health, and I always leave feeling great and with new tips about my oral health. Everyone in the office is kind and helpful.

When I lived in NOVA, Dr Peter helped me heal in more ways than I can count. He was respectful and a great listener. I used his acupuncture services mostly; however, he would apply other therapies (cupping, chiropractic, etc.) as required. I only wish I could find someone in my new location equally competent.
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Lim. She has been instrumental in getting me back to myself. I had been dealing head and neck pain that would keep me up at night, drain my focus and energy. I was really getting discouraged thinking, there was no fix. I’ve been bringing my cat here ever since we got him. They are conveniently located right next to my house so it’s just a walk away. They are always so nice and my cat, Tofu has never had any issues here. Service is fast and all the vets here are great.
After not getting answers for our dog’s rapidly progressing condition at multiple other clinics, we came to RVRC desperate for solutions. All of the staff at RVRC were incredibly supportive, professional, and got our pup in for an MRI immediately. CCU Nurse Fani, Dr. Kees, Dr. Divita and Dr. Hollingsworth were amazing and helped us get through a tough time with high level care for our dog and empathy and communication for us. If you are looking for a clinic with the highest level of competence and customer service, RVRC should be your first and only stop!
Oh my goodness! I had some knots on my shoulders, and the masseuse was incredibly attentive and made sure to release each one. I felt incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated after the massage. She took her time and worked on my bad spots, which made a significant difference. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

Location/Service- Great location with a lot of parking, they do take appointment but you can also walk in most of the time on weekday. Nothing fancy looking but the massage it on poitn and super afforadble. They also applied the right amount of pressure to your likign most place will charge you extra to go harder now day. The feet's massage will have you snoring. I come here once a month and try many different masseur and they all good.
This place was amazing. The front desk staff was polite and knowledgeable. When they couldn't transfer my credits the manager came and was polite and courteous and quickly handled the situation explaining the desk staff didn't have authorization but she was more than happy to do it. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have regularly visited Soft Touch for a long time... well over 10 years! Usually on a monthly basis. The main reason... the therapists are great. I usually go for a one hour session; at the end of that my stress is gone, my muscle aches have disappeared, and I feel great! The place is clean, quiet, and privacy is never an issue. I really enjoy the shower before the massage and the sauna.... leading up to the massage itself. If you're wondering... Soft Touch is in a suburban office park. Tons of easy parking. Each business has its own entry. Go for a visit! You'll be REALLY happy that you did!
