We have been going to West Springfield Dental Arts for a number of years and, without exception, our doctor (Neil Charaipotra, DDS) and all of his staff routinely perform their duties in an outstanding manner. We don't normally do these reviews, but during our visit today with Dr. Neil's assistant, Chaunté, she went out of her way to both accommodate us on just a few hours' notice and professionally address an issue we were having. But, just another client-focused day at West Springfield Dental Arts.

My 98 year old mother had her teeth cleaned by Ellie and then examined by Dr. Swayne. They are both gentle, kind, and competent! This is the third time my mother has gone to this practice since moving to Northern Virginia from Maryland and she is very pleased with the care she's received.
