Updating my review. After my initial experience, I was contacted by the manager, who sincerely apologized and invited me back to make things right. He redid my entire set of nails free of charge and took the time to address my concerns. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and willingness to stand behind his work, and taking customer concerns seriously. The new set looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with the outcome. Randomly wandered in at the perfect time before the afternoon rush. The pedicure was wonderful but the star of the show is Vincent. As a girl that doesn't get acrylics often, I decided to splurge and get something special for my best friend's wedding. After showing Vincent info pics, the bridesmaid dress, nail inspo, and color scheme, he came up with the perfect shape, length, color scheme and design. I scheduled a follow-up appointment with him before walking out the door.
