We have a cat who has several special needs, and have seen oncology, cardiology, neurology and emergency services within this facility. All of the staff is friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I have especially appreciated the work of Drs. Wilson-Robles and Tidd in Oncology (and Karla, who is so helpful in scheduling for our oncology appts), Dr. Bush in Neurology, and the entire ER staff.
We came here at around 2:30 in the morning because our dog had a terrible cough, so bad we were scared she was unable to breathe well. They were able to see her very quickly and successfully take X-rays without sedating her (something other ER vets have told us we would need). Dr. Nelson was very kind and informative, explaining all of her thoughts and what she read on the X ray. She answered all of our many questions, and genuinely cared both about our dog feeling better but also about us (we were sleep deprived and very anxious). Dr. Megan Kees is outstanding. She is kind, patient, compassionate, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. She is in tune with not only her furry patients, but also their owners. She has gone over and above to help our dog and to help us. We are grateful for her professionalism. Our pet and our family are going through quite a bit right now with our dog’s current diagnosis, and having an ER doc like Megan Kees has helped tremendously. 💜
