I moved to Virginia about 15 years ago. One of the first things I looked for was a solid massage therapy salon. Didn't take long... found Soft Touch in West Springfield. I've been a client ever since. The spa is always clean and neat. Over the years of course there has been an ebb and flow of different staff. I generally follow the same rule here as with my doctors; my barber; my dentist. Having a solid personal relationship makes for a great experience based on mutual trust.
