I had my floors refinished by Hatchers Floors. They are beautiful. The price was fair and the crew was great.
There were quite a few dark spots in my floors that are no longer visible. I newer thought these would be gone.
The entire experience from start to finish was great. The person who came to do the estimate was great and answered all my questions along with some advice. The crew worked great and was extremely courteous. The pride in their work really shows.
I am so pleased with the floors and would definitely use them again. I would highly reccomend Hatchers Floors.
We had an excellent experience with Hatcher's from start to finish. They gave a lot of valuable information to help us decide which direction to go with the flooring. Hatcher’s did a wonderful job with carpet replacement for homes. They truly went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They were available for me over the weekend, perfectly scheduled the carpet installation around my timetable, and even drove a long way to get the specific cushion padding I requested. The installation was done beautifully. A special thanks to Ana for guiding through the process and making everything run so smoothly, even with the last-minute changes.
